We are looking for a Business Manager to join our Team in Milan who's got what it takes to be a part of us, a part of Prime Group!

**Your main responsibilities and challenges will be Management, Business Development, Hiring and People Development **.

As part of our new team in Milan you will be responsible for growing our new office, make business grow locally as well as internationally and ensure brand implementation in a new market.

You will analyze the IT market to build up a client-portfolio identifying potential clients and projects from scratch.

Another main challenge will be the hiring, management and development of your own team to develop and follow their career path and ensure motivation and engagement.

**Are you align with what we are looking for?

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Manager position within the IT sector;

- Good knowledge of the consultancy business and market in Italy;

- Fluent Italian and English, another language is a plus;

- Decision maker and willing to take risks to implement a new company in the market;

- Out of the box mindset to set up and achieve strategic goals together with our Team;

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
