In this role, you will be the Local business leader responsible for Portfolio Management.

Run the business operations to optimize portfolio performance, execute strategy and deliver expected results.

**This position reports to**:

Segment Specialist

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement the Portfolio/Business Line strategy and ensures business development, including profit and loss (P&L).

- Ensure development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensure achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.

- Evaluate market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy.

Continuously develop and manage the products, solutions, systems and/or service portfolio to achieve and secure market leadership.

- Ensure profitable business growth in the domestic and allocated market.

- Ensure production and/or execution of high-quality products, services and processes.

Monitor quality metrics, identify opportunities for improvement in local execution, and oversee improvement activities.

- Ensure the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure engineering capabilities and support Research and Development initiatives.

- Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or technical field.

- At least 3 years of experience, working as Product Engineer or similar with energy efficiency systems in the manufacturing market.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.

- Fluent in English and Italian.
