Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing processes and programs related to cyclical business activities.
You will work across functional areas (e. g. , sales ops, finance, delivery, and HR) and conduct in-depth data analysis activities to support budget planning, monthly business reviews, and critical business decisions.
You will be able to manage ad-hoc special projects that range from Executive-level business presentations to implementing internal initiatives aligned to regional strategy.
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
Day-to-day you will provide operational management of standard processes and programs related to:
- Implementing internal business & financial processes to support timely, informed planning and decision-making
- Monitoring and managing cyclical business processes to support operational efficiency and effectiveness, including annual planning and budgeting cycles
- Identifying, planning, and executing improvement initiatives to support shared operational functions across the business
- Managing ad-hoc internal projects to support regional sales, delivery or workforce strategy initiatives
- Conducting detailed analysis of data related to sales, revenue and costs and enforcement of guidelines/policies as needed
- Helping identify and implement operational best practices across the region, providing unique viewpoints and suggestions for improvements, and fostering a diverse and transparent team environment
- Facilitating communication and information flow between business and support functions
**Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements**:Qualifications**:
- Advanced knowledge of the business of a professional services firm
- Extensive use of analytics tools including Power BI and Excel.
- Possess great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate information to multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience managing forecasting and budgeting throughout a business cycle
- Experience in project management
- Experience in consulting with a global professional services firm
- Business Fluent in English and Italian, written and verbal
**Preferred Education Background**:
You likely possess a Bachelor's degree or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Preferred Years of Work Experience**:
You likely have about 8-10 years of experience in project management or operations management.
