We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Order Analyst with up to 3 years of experience to join our Global Supply Chain team in the Milan HQ.

About the role The Business Order Analyst - Worldwide Distribution in Global Supply Chain (GSC) within Global Technical Operations (GTO) is responsible for managing sales orders for subsidiaries and wholesalers, ensuring smooth logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.

Key responsibilities include: Overseeing order management activities, shipping, and invoicing. Managing logistics service providers and coordinating global distribution. Analyzing transportation costs, delivery processes, and supply chain efficiency. Developing business rules and standard procedures to streamline operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Compliance, etc. )

to enhance supply chain processes. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with corporate quality standards (GMP, GDP). Supporting logistics-related projects, including SAP integration and process optimization. Your Profile Up to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business operations, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, etc.

) and a background in Management Engineering or Business Administration are preferred. Good command of English and Italian is required (both written and spoken).
