Business Partner
The purpose of this role is to manage all resources to ensure the Client's marketing needs are met.
They are viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities; proactively identify client opportunities, manage, motivate and develop their team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client's business.
Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to manage all resources to ensure the Client's marketing needs are met.
They are viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities; proactively identify client opportunities, manage, motivate and develop their team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client's business.
Client governance & growth- Manages the Business - delivers the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients- Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities - flags specific client cross sell and upsell opportunities- Team Management - manages and motivates team around the clients' objectives and culture- Liaises frequently with Media Relations and Trading counterpart to ensure plans align with trading priorities- Seeks understanding of clients' fee models in order to maximize business revenue- Supports and coaches their team to ensure that they work to their full potential- Develops best practice and more efficient ways of working and to ensure this is followed by teams
Client Relationship- Relationship Management - owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client- Deepens the top-level relationship to ensure retention and growth- Grant client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones- Supervise team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service
