We're seeking for you!

The Business Partner Buyer contributes to the efficiency of the Purchasing department, to the respect of internal control rules, to follow suppliers' risk.

His/her missions cover all the aspects of the following operations:

- Knowledge of the categories market by driving benchmark & RFI to support stakeholders

- Deep knowledge of the business needs, expectations, priorities and goals in all categories for the assigned division in order to help and support business

- Drive mid/long term or recurrent RFP (Request for Proposal) in link with Business needs and evolution

- Ability to identify new opportunities to bring tangible value, innovation and competitive advantage for them in cooperation with Sourcing buyers

- Create the condition to build strong deals after RFQ and negotiations

- In total alignment with the Zone Category Directors and Sourcing Buyer, put in place the strategy in the assigned division by monitoring the key levers identified

- Help to identify the initiatives, evaluate the savings in agreement with Divisions controllers and fill in the relevant information in the purchasing platforms (MySourcing & MyMarket)

- Identify risks and opportunities of the current projects or initiatives, in agreement with the division controllers

**Expected skills & experience

- Prior professional Purchasing experience of min.

5 years requested in the 3 categories (Marketing Service, Business Service and Retail)

- Open mindset and approach, business oriented, flexible and curious

- Strong in stakeholders' management in a complex, matrix and numerous network and communication skills

- High level of economical sensitivity and value-in expectations for the company

- Strong skills in negotiation and contract management

- Strong in influencing and driving high level of confrontations

- Sensible to change management and user oriented

- Fluent Italian and English

- Degree
