Apply now for the position of Business Partner Manager – Area Manager for North Italy , where you will take care of promotion and sales activities for the Lab Solution Siemens's portfolio, achieving sales targets (revenues and profit balance) for the assigned Sales Territory through the management of the assigned sales organization. Your role: Reporting to the CBL (Country Business Lead), deploy the commercial strategy to achieve sales targets (revenues and profit); Identify growth opportunities to include in the Territory Sales Plan; Regularly check assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using CRM tools to ensure sales target achievement (including Market Share and Win Rate %); Create and constantly update the Opportunity Funnel in the CRM tool to: Achieve market visibility (coverage); Align the funnel to customers' sales process; Select target opportunities (strategic vision of the addressable market) and align with proper retention and conversion plans; Manage potential economic/qualitative gaps vs assigned targets; Promote commercial strategic activities (i. e. demonstrations, collaborations); Develop preliminary technical and economic proposals supplying reference parameters (business model and target price); Manage best proposal positioning in terms of configuration, pricing, contract conditions, and P&L impacts; Coordinate field activities aligning with support functions (Marketing, Customer Service, Offer Department, Order Entry, Procurement…); Define additional activities to achieve assigned targets (method penetration activities, pricing initiatives); Check customer satisfaction through internal and external surveys and manage corrective actions, coordinating activities. Your qualifications and experiences: Sales orientation with experience in public and private Diagnostics laboratories and high knowledge of laboratory solutions; Previous experience in a similar role of at least 5 years. Your attributes and skills: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biology or similar; Dynamic, with personal initiative and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction; Teamworking and sense of belonging to the team; Driving for results orientation; "Hunter" attitude and Sales Target Achievement Orientation; Respectful of diversity and compliance; Excellent communication and strong presentation skills; Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken; Propensity to achieve objectives and meet deadlines; Available to travel in the assigned Territory (North Italy) and to support other territories if necessary.
