**What you will do
A key member of the country senior leadership team and a key member of the CE Marketing & Business Development team with responsibility for a broad range of key business growth and improvement activities.
Ownership and responsibility for key strategic initiatives (both regional and market specific) which drive improvements in customer service, accelerate financial and operational performance, and transition the business to new markets or service offerings.
The CE Business Partner for Marketing, Business Development and Strategy provides central support for all cross-border marketing and business development activities.
Additionally, all strategy development process is led, coordinated, supported and monitored centrally.
The process includes market intelligence information needed for identifying the strategic priorities.
**How you will do it
- Coordinate the development and implementation of the annual strategic plan for his/her specific country in collaboration with the country leadership team based on the Continental Europe strategy adding value and supporting the objectives in the region and in the specific country.
- Select the most effective marketing mix to further develop the security, fire, BMS, digital and HVAC businesses for the direct sales channel.
Development of effective partner and customer events and training plans via webex or face to face.
- Support the country leadership team in identifying, evaluating and proposing acquisitions, strategic partnerships or divestitures.
- Introduction and development of the brand strategy in his/her country, improving brand recognition and awareness in the region.
- Design and execute a long-term marketing, communications and public relations strategy for the region, including the positioning in the key industry and trade organizations.
- Further develop and expand the Sales Channel Strategy for all partners, strengthening and further expanding the relationship with business partners and distributors.
- Develop and implement product management strategy in conjunction with the Continental Europe strategy and internal stakeholders based on existing and emerging requirements.
- The Manager will be a strong leader, able to work with and inspire a wide range of seniors, peers, and subordinates at all levels of the organization.
The nature of this role spans across all functions and will regularly require interaction with other leaders in other regions and markets - the Manager must be extremely comfortable and effective working in a matrix structure and communicating across boundaries to drive greatest value for the business.
**What we look for
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. , B. S. )
or equivalent, Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Corporate marketing and communications experience
- Significant internal communications experience at a regional or global level
- External marketing communications planning and implementation
- Experience in managing multiple sale channels
- Strong influencing skills
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and results orientated
- Good project manager, tenacious and persuasive
- Able to build credibility with senior management
- Fluency in English is required
