Job Description Summary We offer a 6-month long internship opportunity in a fast-paced, changing international environment. The candidate will be exposed to business leaders and international colleagues from day 1 and will have the opportunity to make a positive tangible impact on the organization from the beginning.
Job Description Talent Acquisition: process coordination, reporting, supporting business leaders in the approval process and in understanding their needs. Workforce Planning: organization chart, personnel cost forecast, budget maintenance, hiring planning, reporting. People Partnering Support around Diversity, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Wellbeing. Following Operational activities and HR Vendor management. Working with an international team (Regional Service Center, COE, etc. ) on ad hoc queries, projects, and tasks (spanning from Early Career to Talent management processes). Profile: Academic background in Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology, etc. Fluent in English. Good MS Office skills. Time Management. Flexibility and Problem Solving. Active listening and effective communication skills.
