Amilon, a leading company in the E-Gift Card sector, is seeking a proactive and strategic Junior Business Partnership Consultant to join our dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with major clients and merchants while driving growth and innovation in the Gift Card market. Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients and merchants to design and execute Gift Card strategies for the Italian market across both B2B (welfare, incentives, loyalty, and promotions) and B2C (corporate and merchant e-commerce platforms) channelsManage the commercial and strategic development of Media and Marketing activities within the Gift Card sectorBuild and maintain strong partnerships, focusing on co-branding and cross-selling initiatives to drive market growthRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable business strategiesProficiency in Excel and PowerPointAt least 1 year of experience in a commercial role (preferably with exposure to retail stakeholders)Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a proactive attitudeStrong organizational skills and problem-solving mindsetGood command of EnglishThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility to transition into a permanent position, offering an exciting career path for motivated professionals who are eager to grow and contribute to Amilon's success.
