Huntsman has a rare opportunity for an experienced Finance Director with a proven background in driving business growth and identifying opportunities for value creation to join our Textile Effects business division in Europe. Reporting to the VP Finance based in Singapore, this is an exciting and varied role for a proven financial leader, to support a growing business in the EMEA region through the leadership of strategic initiatives and the implementation of operational financial activities. Skills & Experience Required:

Degree in a Finance or Business discipline (and/or MBA) with a proven track record of supporting organics business growth in an environment of change. Prior experience in a Senior Management / Regional role within in the manufacturing sectors of speciality Chemicals, FMCG, Textiles or a similar industryExcellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the region. Strong planning, analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to effectively translate financial metrics to business strategy. Highly level of adaptability with the ability to move between operational and strategic activities focused on driving EBITDAOpen minded conceptual thinking skill, confident in handling ambiguity, complexity, conflicting priorities and deliver consistently under pressureHigh level of integrity, honesty, and responsibilityAs the Business Performance Director, you will:

Act as a key member of divisional Global Finance Leadership Team (FLT), EMEA Regional Leadership Team (RLT) and Regional Execution Review (RER)Advise and influence the Regional Commercial Director and Managers in making business decisions and develop actions to reach targets for sales, margins and expenses. Lead financial analysis including partnering in commercialand distributor contract negotiations for the region. Direct resources and analysis to support decision making.

Monitor, track, and predict key financial trends that drive value creation for the business. Develop feasibility studies and analysis to support new ideas, new projects, and new methods of doing business in the region. Actively drive communications and interactions with the respective global teams, Accounting (ASSC), other Shared Services and Corporate teams to communicate business priorities and facilitate delivery of service levels to the business. Ensure that financial practices are in line with local statutory requirements and legislation. Develop (or approve as the case may be) regional Capital Expenditure Requests and supporting financial analysis. Develop forecasts, annual sales, margins, expense and working capital budgets. Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risks. Provide direction and leadership to the performance teams in the region, develop and build talentLead, initiate and drive continuous improvement in business processes and achievement of business results. Other ad hoc duties as required (Facility Compliance Officer, site leadership, global/strategic projects, Sarbanes-Oxley Champion, etc.
