JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support in setting up and launch business projects in their initial phase.

Support the Leadership Team in determining and prioritizing business strategies.

Support in managing, monitoring progress in the strategicagenda of the Team through the following activities:

Project management activities cross functions/cross project Set up periodical follow up to facilitate President steering on the different projects/priority Identify, escalate and support in solving potential road blocks/issues Support the Team to facilitate steering of the region, through the following activities:

Help in the definition and structuring of regional routine Help in the Importante Azienda steps definition/communication and follow-up Prepare presentation and analysis both for periodical internal Retail EMEA and EL Top management meeting Interact with all the Leadership Team member and EL functional leader connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Master's degree in Economics/Management/Management Engineering Excellent confidence with the office package (Excel, PowerPoint. . . ) CANDIDATE PROFILE:
