About the job

The Business Planning Manager, whose primary purpose is to address business objectives and allocate resources appropriately, will work reporting to the Business Unit General Manager, and in strict collaboration with the Managers, to develop plans for the Business Unit and their execution.

Main responsibilities:

- Support GM in day by day business operations, resources management, budget allocation and business discussions and reviews

- Define, implement and develop business plan and forecast processes, working closely with marketing, demand, sales and tender teams

- Ensure the execution of key business initiatives that will drive business operations

- Develop and optimize internal processes, best practices and put in place improvement plans to meet business objectives

About you

**Skills**:

- Lateral thinking, business acumen & analytics skills

- Understanding vaccines trends identify threats & opportunities and assess potential business impacts

- Excellent business planning & organizational skills

- Project Management skills are required together with the ability to build and maintain solid and effective relationships with internal stakeholders

- Execute organizational reviews to identify strengths & weaknesses, ensuring operational effectiveness

**Education**:

- Economic or scientific degree is preferable

Languages:

- Fluency in English
