**Job Description**:
**Purpose of the position
He/she supports the organization in designing, planning, implementing, anchoring, and improving processes and projects related to CRM & eCommerce.
He/she actively supports the Head of Process Management in designing, building & maintaining the Process landscape, architecture, and standards.
**Essential responsibilities
- Drive - together with the individual process owners and process leaders - the definition, implementation, and improvement of CRM & eCommerce related end-to-end processes
- Map and document end-to-end processes, and process models according to standards
- Support the definition and implementation of operating models meeting the needs of the defined processes
- Support the definition and governance of the process landscape
- Develop training and communication - together with process owners and process leaders - to enable acceptance and implementation of the newly defined or optimized processes
- Act as a change manager in organizational and process transformations
- Run feasibility studies and oversee business case calculations for end-to-end process implementations and changes
- Coach, mentor and educate other team members and colleagues from a process modelling perspective
- Contribute to further refine the strategy and operating model of DTO Process Management
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in business / Economics / IT
- Proven track of successful process modelling (definition, re-design, optimization) and change management implementation
- Proven track of successful CRM and eCommerce end to end project implementation (at least 2 full cycles)
- Expert in Process Management methodology standards such as BPMN 2. 0, EPC or similar
- Knowledge of Change Management methodology & approach
- Experience / knowledge of energy sector desirable
- Distinctive continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent English
