Business Process Analyst
You will have a key role in the management of business processes, business rules and data models of the back-end tools gathering requirements for the evolution of the tools following the strategy of the company, writing analysis, updating the documentation and support tests with business.
**Roles & responsibilities**:
She/He guarantees that commercial business processes align with business rules and seek for continuous improvement of processes in order to improve efficiency, quality, revenues and decrease defects;
She/He is the intermediate between Business and BT to make sure that business requirements are optimized in the solutions provided in the framework of a project or a change request involving commercial processes:
- Collect the business requirements of the different stakeholders which have an interaction with contact, contract, payment sending or consumer profile data;
- Identify the dependencies between requests or projects;
- Elaborate the business case, including ROI, risk and change analysis;
- Communicate the business requirements specifications to BT (comparison between the current and the to be situations) and secure alignment of understanding;
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with BT during the development phase;
- Proceed with user acceptance tests to secure that the development meets requirements;
- She/He follows-up change implementation and pays specific attention to user acceptance and change resistance:
- Maintain the group commercial process portfolio updated;
- Write and communicate user guides for support team and end users.
She/He secures a role of quality assurance in projects not owned by Commercial Department, which involve commercial and contact data;
She/He defines, documents and maintains the list of commercial concepts used in the company and makes sure of their proper use, including in reporting and communication.
**About you**:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree (Mathematics, Engineering, Commercial, business. . . ) or some years of experience in a similar job
- knowledge or experience with UML and/or BPMN are a plus for the function
- You have excellent communication skills, you are a good listener and can easily contact people at different levels and from different departments;
- You have excellent knowledge of English;
- You are a team-player and you are interested in understanding the customer's needs and offering them a solution;
- You are autonomous and proactive;
- You have project management skills, you like to respect the planning and you pay attention to details.
Willing to travel occasionally
Type of contract offered: permanent - economic treatment commensurate with experience
