Join us as a **Business Process Analyst

**What you will be doing

Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.

The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will join the Revenue Operations Team and you will support the Satispay Group (Italy, France, Luxembourg, and soon other countries) in activities such as:

- Review, develop and implement Business Development processes and performance initiatives for Satispay, optimizing efficiencies to increase revenue generation

- Partner with the Business Development teams to identify areas for improvement, developing solutions to improve processes and performance

- Lead change management efforts related to Business Development processes and performance initiatives, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and supportive of the changes

- Create, evolve and own all Business Development process documentation, centrally controlling all documentation and communication with stakeholders

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer

- Perform process audit and risk analyst, identifying failures and remediationary action plans

You have:

- Experience in process management, creating detailed process mappings and documentation

- Proven record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities and activities

- Experience in working cross-functionally with lots of stakeholders to drive critical business changes

- Experience in an multinational and mutli-cultural environment with strong English language skills

You are:

- An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions that can be translated into direct actions

- Detail driven, with a curious mind.

The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
