Business Process Change Manager
We are looking for a Business Process Change Manager to effectively design and manage change of the business processes and organization in the company coming from the Finance, ICT, Procurement, and HR Transformation Projects.
Individual Accountabilities: Support the roll-out of Dynamics 365 in our different local sites as a business process change manager.
Conduct local impact analyses on processes and organization, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Drive local role mapping activities in close collaboration with Local Process Owners and local management.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of local training programs.
Understand and support regional/local process enablement activities.
Support local management with driving the local change management and connecting to the change in processes and organization and identifying anticipated resistance.
Identify and engage local stakeholders & plan and support local change network from a business process point of view.
Shared Accountabilities: Ensure deadlines of the different roll-outs are met.
Ensure projects are reported and project objectives are achieved.
Key Linkages & Interfaces / Most Important Stakeholders: (Global) Process Owners and team members of Synergy Global Change Manager Local management teams and business Finance, ICT, and Procurement colleagues HR colleagues Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business, organizational development, processing).
Minimum 3 years of experience in (ERP) project environments, preferably in ERP implementation projects.
Good knowledge of process design or process reviewing activities.
Good understanding of key business processes in scope of ERP.
Excellent communication skills and cultural understanding.
Fluent in English.
Experienced in leading projects.
Role model for the Ammega Values.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
Willingness to travel frequently.
The position is based in Mathi site (Turin) with 60% remote working.
