Your Responsibilities**:

The BPiM EI Fulfilment drives the end-to-end view of the business processes in the business unit Existing Installation (EI) Fulfilment to continuously improve operational excellence.

The BPiM is responsible of the further development of the Schindler's business processs in the global SHAPE platform (Schindler Harmonized Applications for Process Excellence) and future the SPHERE platform (Schindler Platform for a Holistic and Elevated Relationship Excellence) in the area EI Fulfilment.

Main tasks / Key responsibilities:

- Driving end-to-end business value management of Schindler's core business processes and solution in the area of EI Fulfilment

- Leading the demand and requirements management process in EI Fulfilment

- Managing the approved project portfolio for process & solution development and solution-specific roll-outs in SHAPE / SPHERE; reporting on project portfolio progress

- Developing and optimizing the EI Fulfilment business process model and architectural design of SHAPE / SPHERE

- Identifying and sharing business process best-demonstrated practice for continuous process improvements and automation in order to achieve operational excellence

- Driving process commonality, harmonization and simplification across the process value chain

- Orchestrating a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit EI Fulfiment

- Driving knowledge management and training of SHAPE / SPHERE supported business processes and solutions in the area of EI Fulfilment

Areas of functional / technical expertise

- Functional and leadership experience in the elevator business or similar industries (> 4 years)

- IT affinity & knowledge combined with managerial expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems (> 4 year)
