For **Julius Meinl**, one of the oldest coffee roasters in the world and an iconic Vienna coffee house brand, founded in 1862, we are seeking a:
**BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER - **LOGISTIC
Julius Meinl is embarking on a business transformation journey, targeted at the digitalization of the whole company and the redesign of the existing business processes with a focus on the end-to-end.
For this journey, we are looking for a Business Process Owner for logistics to own and drive the process design and harmonization for the whole Julius Meinl during the **S4 HANA implementation** and beyond.
The BPO will **report directly into the COO**.
**WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON**:
- Govern and proactively develop and enhance end-to-end process structure across Business Units and functions
- Collaborate with process stakeholders and peers to ensure efficient process operations
- Monitor process performance and drive process improvement goals and investment decisions
- Manage process changes and ensure process compliance
- Determine how to operationalize process in alignment with strategic vision
- Decide which process improvement opportunities to pursue
- Determine prioritization of process opportunities in pipeline
- Own enabling technology decisions for end-to-end process, partnering with IT
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish end-to-end process vision and develop process roadmap
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prioritize and secure funding for process improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvements
- Promote data-driven and process-oriented continuous improvement culture
- Ensure transformation programs successfully aligns with process priorities
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- Situated in or willingness to relocate to one of the following locations: Vienna, Vicenza, Bucharest, Zagreb, Belgrade, Warsaw, Bratislava.
- Willingness to travel (approx.
40%)
- Excellent knowledge of **English** language both verbally and in writing
- Degree in industrial engineering or business administration
- Business Understanding (ideally retail & FMCG)
- **ERP; Project Mmt (ideally SAP)**:
- Advanced leadership; communication skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on, goal oriented and ability to see the big picture and think strategically
