**Posizione**:

StartHub Consulting as part of the DRW empower girls STEM supports Arcese Group in its search for recent graduates or STEM undergraduates to be placed as **Business Process Specialist **to be included in the Business Process function at the local unit in Rovereto (TN).

- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement

- Designing and implementing process optimization strategies

- Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather process requirements

- Conducting process mapping and modeling to document current-state and future-state processes

- Eliminating process inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align processes with system capabilities

- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

- Conducting data analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

- Monitoring process compliance and performance through audits and assessments

**Requisiti**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- You have 1/2 years of previous experience

- You are fluent in English
