We are looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our Business Process team in Rovereto (TN).

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:

- Standardise operational KPIs

- Analyse processes with a continuous improvement perspective

- Design and present projects for the implementation of new process solutions

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You hold a degree in STEM field

- You speak English fluently

- You have done something similar for at least 3 years;

- You like tidying things up

- You have an analytical mindset and can see details in the chaos
