Business Relationship Consultant m/f/d We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Business Relationship Consultant with experience in IT and customer management to help us maintain the relationship with our existing customers and lead implementation projects of our SFA tools.

In this key position, you will play a central role in the implementation of our projects, both in the area of project management and directly in the consulting area.

Responsibilities: Continuous maintenance of long-term relationships with our customers Analysing customer requirements and developing suitable solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

Coordination of software implementation projects Business consulting (application of existing functions) in new projects and with existing customers Proactive participation in internal improvement projects and close co-operation with team management Requirements: Completed studies or professional experience in IT, business informatics, business administration or similar.

Experience in IT and customer management, for example in an interface function.

Strong communication and presentation skills in German (business fluent) and also in English (Italian is a plus) High level of self-motivation, willingness to learn and interest in familiarizing yourself autonomously with new subject areas.

Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way.

Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and an independent, structured way of working.
