Your Role and Responsibilities
The overarching responsibility for the Public Sector partner is to grow revenue and increase market share across all parts of Public sector with a focus on driving the Digital Agenda as the entry point.
Our growth focus will be on our large and mid-size clients where we will be scaling great industry talent and developing our industry solution portfolio as we increase our footprint across digital transformation workstreams.
Specifically, he/she will:
- Lead and work with IBM business units and teams to develop opportunities across
- public sector, with primary objective on increasing market share in the digital space.
- Develop and lead complex industry transactional opportunities
- Develop and sustain deep long-term IBM relationships with senior clients
- Develop deep industry insights used to increase market share
Driving new opportunities and increasing IBM portfolio of services
- Think like a client C-Suite and establish strong relationships at multiple levels with key decision makers and leaders in client organizations, through personal insight, trust, and open information sharing
- Work to preserve the long-term viability of the relationship based on a clear understanding of both the client's and IBM's business models.
Take personal accountability for profitable account growth
- Understand key business processes with focus on business outcomes; Provide breakthrough insights or feedback to the client that challenges the client's current perceptions about their own business; Act on a deep understanding of the client's customer or market and how IBM can help the client shift to improve their business
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Deep experience on Italian Public administration with knowledge of local Public administration South Italy.
Languages required: English, Italian
