We are looking for a **Business Sales Consultant** to be hired **with a permanent contract, ** for our premises in **Milan.
**He / She will be responsible for the sale of the whole Digital Industry portfolio and part of the Smart Infrastructure portfolio (low voltage products)**.
**Reports to Digital Business Sales Manager.
The Digital sales channel was recently set-up inside our sales organization.
The Digital Channel Sales representative acts as an Inside Sales which identifies, nurtures and converts prospects remotely, supported by several digital instruments to improve the development of the business.

**Your Challenge
Act like a Sales Rep, but in general without customer visits (Inside Sales Rep -ISR).
Develop the sales volume with assigned customer, driving their purchases trough the Siemens web shop Industry Mall
Analyse customers' needs and may efficiently support their decision making process.
Act as a "trust-in-person" contact to spot opportunities and prospects, pre-qualifies customer contacts by remote customer contact
Drive dedicated digital enabled actions along the customer journey.
**What you need to bring with you**:
- Achievement/goal-oriented, Driven, Self-motivated, focused
- Natural curiosity to collaborate with others and ask questions, comfortable with ambiguity; highly adaptable to new circumstances
- Exhibits empathy for other's problems and challenges

- Ability to articulate relevant value messaging across various buying roles (user, technical, financial decision maker, CXO, influencer)
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication abilities, Problem solving, Pipeline/forecast management, Time management, Territory planning
- Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Technical High School Diploma
- General knowledge of drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, PLC;
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- Strong orientation to reach the targets, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
- Think about everything from the customer perspective
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel
