Business Services Coordinator
Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) is recruiting for a Business Services Coordinator to join our Business Services Team in Technical Operations.
We are open to consider this global role to be based at any JSC location.
Possible locations include, but are not limited to
- Horsham, Titusville, Guaynabo, Schaffhausen, Beerse, Cork, Latina, and Geel.
The Business Services Coordinator will complete operations and management tasks that support the efforts of a variety of activities/services.
These services can include but are not limited to Processes, Systems, Business Administration and Communication.
In this role you will partner with the different functions within Business Services and the customers for timely execution of their requests and to identify new opportunities to optimize processes
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the daily operations and managing deadlines/guarantees timely readiness of all customer requests.
Coordinate & finish the incoming requests for their assigned services and systems
- Achieve Business Services targets & assist in defining objectives to achieve targets on a team and/or individual level
- Provide expert support to the customers on assigned services and systems (SME), create and maintain standard methodologies in line with the customer needs and changing environment
- Following workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Coordinating activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Engage with customers for a smooth and detailed process of their requests
- Support Business Services related projects and initiatives, participate in process optimizations.
- Independently figures out and resolves problems within scope.
- Continuously look to optimize and improve their assigned services based on customer needs.
**Qualifications
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree or equal by experience required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Workflow, process and customer oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task and demonstrate resiliency and high productivity in a fast-paced environment is required
- Operating with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a high degree of the customer
- Appropriate system knowledge
- Strong organizational skills are required.
