What you will do

Sales Process

- Provide strategic support to Business Director to drive the Retail Kitchen channel on the weekly sales targets (volume, mix and profitability), ensuring the coherence with quarterly and annual budget and actively driving sales growth

- Assist with the client's promotional flyers approval and back the countries up on the coherence of suggested products price among all the clients, guaranteeing profitability and market value

- Help to collect feedback from clients on product and/or service expectations and collaborate in the sales forecast process

Market Intelligence

- Collect information and data on the relevant reference market and support the Product Lines by sharing market insights

- Collaborate on the analysis of competitor's product range and offer in order to develop a more appealing product portfolio

- Develop market benchmark and provide analysis and insights on the reference market/products to implement an effective go-to-market strategies

Business Development

- Contribute to the Product Line singling out the right selection of products range to be addressed in the own reference market and help to prepare the budget by product

- Assist with the setting up of the best market positioning for the reference product range

- Support in the price definition by single reference product according to the local market positioning

- Participate in the sell-out trend analysis in order to guide the local leaders towards a more effective consumer market strategy

What you need to succeed

- Degree in Economics or Marketing

- At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles (experience within Trade Marketing function is strongly appreciated)

- Strong commercial approach and market interaction

- Understanding of sales processes

- Strong analytical skills, ability to Influence and negotiate and exceptional communication skills

- Goal orientation, entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making skills

- Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
