Our client is a worldwide player in the professional equipment industry, renowned for the quality of its products and its commitment to innovation. Role The main goal is to create a new team to support growth and transformation strategy in the coming years in the Southern Europe region. As a Leader, you will manage a team of 3 resources, with the aim to expanding it to at least 6 of them in the short-term. Your main responsibilities include: Evaluating strategic business opportunities to drive growth and efficiency Supporting C-Levels and the Board of Directors in defining business cases and corporate strategy with a view to future business developments Optimizing decision-making processes through data-driven insights Monitoring market indicators across the whole Southern Europe region Promoting the automation of business processes through advanced BI tools Requirements Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Leadership experience in a strategic role within complex and structured environments. Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and analysis. Experience in data visualization and user experience to optimize data interpretation. Strong interpersonal skills to manage high-level stakeholders (C-level) and motivate team members.
