Toyota Material Handling Italia , a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation, a global leader in material handling and logistics, is seeking a Short Term Rental Business Support. The candidate will be integrated into the Rental department at the Headquarters and will report directly to the Rental Manager, performing activities related to the management and development of the rental business for the North and Central Italy area. Specific activities will include: Facilitating and supporting the direct sales force in managing and developing the rental business, with a particular focus on Short Term rentals in the assigned area. Conducting technical-economic analyses to identify the most suitable solutions for clients, focusing on optimizing business economics. Identifying market trends and collaborating in defining the STR fleet, proposing potential new truck purchases and/or disposals to the Rental Manager. Supervising business performance (revenue and margins) in collaboration with the Rental Manager. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within multinational and structured environments. Knowledge of the main Rental contract tools and the primary issues related to the financial management of rental fleets. Good knowledge of the main IT and management systems for data management, and proficiency in Excel. Teamwork orientation and ability to manage cooperation dynamics between company entities. Analytical, planning, and monitoring skills. Adaptability and change orientation. Problem-solving skills and excellent communication and relational abilities. Nice to have: Preferably from the forklift and related sectors. Good knowledge of the English language.
