Responsibilities:Coordinate internal communications within the organisationMaintain records (physical and digital)Schedule and organise meetingsAssist with data entryPrepare agendas and take minutesHandle travel arrangements and bookingsYour profile includes:Fluent English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus)Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)Attention to detail in handling documents and data entryExcellent verbal and written communication for internal and external interactionsActive listening skills to understand and address inquiries effectivelyCapacity to identify and resolve issues promptlyFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situationsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCompetence in using various software applications and online toolsProficiency in email and internet communicationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldsPrior experience in an operational support roleWhat we offer?
