BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST

**Primary Job Functions

- Arranges sponsorships and educational grants agreements

- Arranges invitations and logistics for Abbott-initiated events (live and digital)

- Arranges professional services agreements

- Coordinates 3PP process (due diligence reviews on each prospective business partner and every 3 years follow-up 3PP review as well as Denied Party Screening)

- Carefully keeps track of expenses and ensures that payments are processed according to applicable policies in a timely manner

- Carefully keeps track of compliance-related activities and comply with transparency & auditing reporting duties in an accurate and timely manner

- Ensures that all activities falling under his/her responsibility are fully compliant with relevant Abbott policies (OEC, legal, finance etc. )

and keep records of the relevant docs for future audits

- Ensures administrative tasks related with the position

**Qualifications

- BA degree

- Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)

- Use of MS package apps and webconferencing apps (Teams, Webex, Zoom)

- Experience/background: 3-5 years in similar roles

- Multinational experience (pharma/medtech) preferred

- Based in Rome
