**Your role

Based in the vibrant city of Milan, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Fine Fragrance team and contribute to our success in the luxury market.

This is a** unique opportunity** for a young, ambitious professional with a passion **for the** **luxury market and fine fragrances**.

As part of our team, you will provide vital support to our sales and marketing operations, ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Your organizational skills, aesthetic sensitivity, and proactive attitude will make you a reliable and integral partner for both internal teams and external customers.

- **Client Support**: Serve as a dependable point of contact for clients, managing daily inquiries, sample requests, and follow-ups with precision and care.

- **Sales Assistance**: Support the sales team with project coordination, ensuring timely and efficient execution of client needs.

- **System Management**: Accurately maintain records in internal systems (e. g. , SAP), including orders, pricing, and client data.

- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including perfumers, marketing, and supply chain teams, to facilitate seamless project delivery.

- **Market Knowledge**: Gather and share insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to aid decision-making.

- **Reporting & Presentations**: Create engaging reports and presentations to support the sales and marketing team in achieving their goals.

**About you

- **Education**: A degree in business, marketing, or economics from a top-tier university (e. g. , Bocconi, Cattolica, or similar).

- **Languages**: Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).

Additional languages, such as French, are a strong plus.

- **Experience**: First job or up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury or FMCG sector.

- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SAP or CRM systems.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
