The company also acts as a holding company, retaining share capital in the boutiques and Generali Investments' companies.
Within Banca Generali, the Sales Department has the main task of coordinating and supporting the sales activities of Banca Generali's Network of Financial Advisors, providing support in ordinary business activities in terms of sales negotiation of product pricing, operational insights, portfolio reassignments.
- problem solving for specific major operational needs for both Financial Agents and Clients
- providing support in the ordinary activity of pricing exemptions on products and services
- conducting AML checks
- seeking approvals from Area Managers and Executives
Must have:
- Degree in Economics
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Institutions
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Proactively identifying and delivering improvements to processes
- Relational and organizational skills
- Teamwork attitude and proactive approach
- Results oriented with a focus on quality of delivery
- Problem solving
- Enthusiastic, well organized and team player
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, within and outside the team
