Job DescriptionRome Health is currently seeking a Business Systems IT Analyst who will function as a liaison between IT and business operations.

This is an On-Site position.

This critical role will help to ensure systems are used effectively and optimized in support of the overall business strategies.

The Business Systems Analyst II duties will include:Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Function as a liaison between IT and users, possessing both business and technical expertise. Gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function and occasionally be directed in several aspects of the work. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:Two to four years of relevant experience. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Applicable certifications (HIMSS, AHA, and Chime) are desirable. Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
