Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Technology is recruiting for a Business Technology Leader for Deliver EMEA.

The role will be accountable to formulates and implement the IT Strategy for Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Deliver in EMEA across all segments.

This role will partner with senior leaders in EMEA, Product Lines in Supply Chain Technology, Commercial IT and Global Technology Services to drive growth and enable differentiating new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive growth and enable differentiating SC capabilities as a competitive advantage by acting as "technology strategist" and implementing innovative technology solutions.

This requires continuous learning of the latest technology, understanding of core internal IT products, engagement with providers in the external marketplace and internal service providers to define a business technology strategy with a focus on the continuous introduction of new solutions that generate value.

Shape and prioritize the IT investment portfolio in Deliver EMEA and ensure efficient and effective delivery that builds value with speed.

Assure alignment with both segment and enterprise imperatives, including acquisitions and divestitures.

Act as the link between Business and IT and be accountable for the management of senior partners in Deliver EMEA, understanding their business needs, influencing the technology strategy, agreeing on priorities and driving towards standard solutions based on a collaborative partnership.

Identify Business problems and improvement opportunities, build business cases for technology initiatives that drive improvement and efficiencies and create implementation plans to drive continues improvements and deliver value

Standardize, simplify and automate our JJT processes, tools and systems to optimize SC-BT operations and costs.

Actively contribute to continuously improve the IT operating model.

Qualifications

**Education**:

Bachelor degree or equivalent, Master degree preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and demonstrated leadership in Business Technology

Minimum of 5 years working in health care industry and GXP regulated environment

Knowledge of e2e supply chain functions and related Business process, special Warehousing, Logistics and Customer Services.

Knowledge of innovative technology trends

Track record of driving business value through information technology solutions

Preferred:

Knowledge of working with enterprise wide solutions, especially ERP and Customer Experience solutions.

Experience in working with virtual, cross functional, multi locations teams

Other:

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentation skills.

20% of regional travel will be required
