We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business-Unit Controller to join our department based in Florence (Italy).

This role will be crucial in managing cost efficiency, coordinating with regional teams, and optimising profitability.

You will be responsible for streamlining reporting, consolidating KPIs, and providing valuable insights that support decision-making across various functions, including Finance.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management of Opex & Capex costs within the E-Business Unit, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Standardise cost tracking, investments, and KPI consolidation templates across all regions.

Collaborate with regional teams to harmonise reporting processes and ensure consistency in cost monitoring and performance metrics.

Plan and monitor the full scope of costs, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective cost control within the unit.

Align budgets, financial forecasts, and performance indicators with Finance, ensuring consistency across all regions.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on profitability, cost efficiency, and regional performance.

Desired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Experience in cost management, financial control and business analysis.

Understanding of Opex & Capex, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
