**BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR (F/H)**:

Job description

- To support our strong growth, we are looking for Managers to strengthen our management team

- You will take over a team of Business Engineers with the consultants they manage

- You will be responsible for the development and profitability of your profit center within the framework of the objectives set by the Management

- You are also responsible for the career management of your managers and consultants

- You will participate in the company's Management Committee and report to the Operational Director

Skills and expertise

- Master's degree in engineering or business with an interest in technology

- You have a minimum of 4 years experiences in the sales services in our business lines, with a strong management background

- You will have an excellent sense of results and will be able to manage your own agency

- True entrepreneurial skills: Business Development | Leadership | Coaching | Negotiation | People Management skills

- Fluent in Italian and English
