**Job Description**:
**Overview
The Sales Controller will be part of the global Sales Controlling team with a special focus on the implementation of the Post-Merger-Integration (PMI).
**Key Responsibilities**:
**PMI Specific Responsibilities
- ** Revenue Synergies Tracking**: Monitor and track revenue synergies for the Sales department.
Regularly provide the Sales teams with current status and projections of revenue synergies
- ** Management of Synergy Tracking Tool**: Support in building up and maintaining a synergy tracking tool to facilitate efficient and accurate monitoring of revenue synergies
**General Responsibilities
- ** Sales Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze sales figures and forecasts to generate comprehensive sales reports.
Identify sales trends and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making
- ** Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to sales revenues and expenses
- ** Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as Finance and PRM, and liaise with PMI leadership to share information and collaborate on initiatives impacting sales performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM systems (e. g. , SalesForce) and Power BI is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a Sales, Finance/Controlling or Data Analysis is a plus
