We are looking for a Buyer to join our Procurement Team at the Headquarter in Trieste. What will you do under your responsibility as a Buyer – Marketing & Communication:create and implement global procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within Industry;manage the company's supply of Goods and Services of Marketing & Communication;discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships;negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;approve the ordering of necessary promotional products and services;finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries;examine and test existing contracts;track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;collaborate with key persons and Functions to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company;control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Your Requirements:degree in in Business Administration, Engineering or related field – other professional certifications are desirable;2/3 years of experience in similar roles;knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms;negotiation and customer service skills;professional knowledge of the English language. illycaffè as B-Corp is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace generating positive effects for the environment, for the community and for people.
