Bentel Security, part of Johnson Controls in Italy, for its Corropoli site is looking for a **Buyer **with English and Italian.

**What will you do**:

As a Buyer, you will be responsible to purchase goods, materials, and service to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

You will be responsible to negotiate long-term and short-term transactions with Vendor and Subcontractors.

**How you will do it**:

- Take accountability of the entire sourcing process of video surveillance business, develop, and execute product category strategies, collaborate to NPI process.

- Take accountability of indirect material and services expenses.

- Undertake due diligence of suppliers ensuring a proper recording and registration on company's ERP.

- Support the team to manage and resolve issues regarding the PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with suppliers.

- Support the team to monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of future potential problems.

- Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options.

- Produce and maintain information on supplier non-conformance.

- Ensure and promote compliance to company policies and procurement policies and procedures.

**What we look for**:

- Preferred degree in Management Engineering/Business Management or equivalent working experience.

- At least 3 years of mandatory proven professional experience in a buyer/planner/material scheduler role working for a direct manufacturer.

- Expert applied knowledge of forecasting/MRP and transportation/trading disciplines.

- Proficient with MS Office suite - advanced MS Excel skills.

- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

- Strong urgency management skills and a particular attention to details.

- Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving.

- Ability to ensure effective teamwork, collaborative behavior, and team spirit.

- Preferred previous working experience in an Electronics product manufacturing industry.
