For our growing subsidiary in Italy, located in Caponago (MB) we're looking for a Buyer with experience that will join in a strong Team;

her/his main tasks:

- Supporting global procurement in search of new global vendors (evaluation) together with Head of Global Procurement.

- Support global supply chain development in Italy for Contracting goods and services together with Head of Global Procurement.

- Responsible for the local procurement process.

- Commercial negotiations with suppliers up to contract finalization.

- Undersign contracts in Italy in consultation with internal counterparts in accordance with task

- and authority

- regulations (AKO).

- Collaboration in preparation of new partnership agreements with main suppliers together with Head of Global Procurement.

- Controlling of timely delivery of documents and goods for all contracts.

- Enforce Claim-Management in relation to suppliers.

- Maintenance of a supplier assessment system together with Head of Global Procurement.

- Preparation and maintenance of a Vendors Risk Management system in Italy.

- Financial control and reporting of supplier related commercial issues (PO List, contact person accounting)

- Supports Sales in the offer phase.

Responsible for the cost calculation of all CO related goods (ITCS).

- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationship with Italian suppliers.

Education and language skylls:

- Master or Bachelor degree in either mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar education

- Business fluent in local language or at least in English

- Very good English knowledge, fluent in spoken and written
