KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Familiar with supplier management in direct materials, scouting and selection of suppliers, and further knowledge in plastic processes. Able to navigate a dynamic environment and fast-paced scenarios such as SG's, especially at this time of great company expansion and growth. Able to support/sponsor optimization and cost-saving ideas across the current panel of suppliers and issue 360° degree supply agreements. Classic procurement KPIs and tasks: Negotiation, budget savings, due dates, payment terms, TCO, make or buy, quality claims. Supported by planners within the same department in some operational activities (PO issue). Should also be able to support them in managing delays and complaints. Qualifications Education: University Master (engineering or scientific background is preferred). Experience: 5/6 years of experience in a similar role. Full professional proficiency in Italian and English. Respect deadlines of projects and able to mitigate decisions and be part of integration with our sister company. Strong communication skills to manage relations with internal peers and foster procedures and best practices. Analytical approach, risk-based thinking, economic understanding, and results-oriented mindset. Structured, curious, and proactive with good problem-solving skills. Strong attitude towards continuous improvement.
