Job Title BUYER Mission The position is part of the Procurement department and will support the Purchasing Manager in all activities related to the purchasing and procurement process of goods and services needed within the company.

The position reports to the Purchasing Manager.

Job Responsibilities In support of your manager, manage and optimize procurement processes, dealing with the purchase of materials, services and relationships with suppliers.

Purchase materials for marketing activities (e. g. , gadgets, promotional material) with requests for offers from suppliers.

Manage the procurement of stationery for company offices.

Collaborate in negotiations with suppliers (also independently).

Participate in the planning of raw material procurement, tracking stock levels and deadlines for backup purposes.

Support in the purchase of company services based on internal needs.

Assist in the search and selection of new suppliers through scouting activities.

Compile monthly reports on purchases made.

Skills Degree or diploma in Economics or technical disciplines.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of SAP (mandatory).

Proficient in Office applications.

Flexibility.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and precision.

Ability to work collaboratively with various company departments.

Ability to relate to suppliers and colleagues in an honest and professional manner, maintaining integrity and transparency in negotiations.
