We are looking for a Buyer to join our Electrification business. You will purchases materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms. You will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

**This position reports to**:

Global Procurement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions.

- Initiate purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.

- Oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve performance issues.

- Identify and qualify new suppliers together with supplier quality and engineering specialists.

- Align supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.

**Your background**:

- A Degree in Engineering.

- Interest and passion in supply chain, management or purchasing area and solid experience in the electronics commodity.

- Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus.

- Very Good knowledge of English (B2 level at least) and Italian, written and spoken.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, access, word, ppt).

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different tasks, good managerial skills.
