**Descrizione del lavoro** Job Purpose**:

- Order the needed components at right price when they are needed.

**Duties & Responsibilities

- Work closely with Planning and Logistics to ensure a smooth inbound supply chain process considering parts requirements and suppliers.

- Prepares purchase orders, and negotiates prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance.

- Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure the resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.

- Minimize the number of past due purchase orders according to the agreed lead-time with the supplier and be responsible for the short, medium and long term performance of the suppliers.

**The Individual

- Previous experience in Procurement, or equivalent experience considering the role/product

- Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.

- Proven negotiation skills and expertise.

- Skillful in Excel and Windows app

- Fluent in English with the ability to influence others

- Software tools knowledge (Office Automation, ERP system)
