Posizione:This position directly reports to the Group Purchasing Manager.

Dealing with the assigned categories: Negotiates purchasing agreements with suppliers (prices, delivery terms, terms & conditions)Defines supply shares and relevant supply strategiesPlays the role of Category Manager for the assigned categories defining tactics and strategyProposes different ideas geared to product & management cost reductionCollaborates with the Plants worldwide to share best supply conditions in order to achieve cost reductionMonitors the performance of the suppliers in terms of delivery, quality and implements improvement plansSearches for alternative products and/or suppliersQualifies new suppliers in accordance with internal processesVisits and audits suppliers with supplier quality teamCoordinates the yearly projects assignedManages the price discrepancies between order and invoice

Requisiti:English is a mustExperience in purchasing and supply chain managementStrong negotiation skills and analytical methodExcellent written and verbal communication skillsElectronic background is a plusShare the values of the Carel Culture Code!
