As Buyer - General Services Purchasing, you will join our Function Procurement, in the business line Corporate Staff, conducting the following activities:

Use the SAP management system and issue contracts in accordance with company procedures;Interface with the requesting Technical Units, preparing Bid Requests;Manage the tender process;Manage the negotiation phase with suppliers regarding the commercial and economic aspects of the contract;Guarantee the traceability of the entire purchasing process. KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Excellent knowledge of the English language.

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0-2.

IT SKILLS: Suite Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and SAP MM module.

SOFT SKILLS: Open-minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner; Communication and relational skills; Organization and prioritization skills.

NICE TO HAVE: Indirect purchasing focus (professional services, facility management, security, travel, real estate, consultancy), preferably in medium/large companies.
