The _Buyer Outlet EMEA_ will be responsible for managing the buying and allocation process, to build compelling commercial ranges and contribute to the development of the Company's overall goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create profitable product assortment across all the product categories: RTW accessories handbags traffic builders and licensed products, both genders;

- Contribute to the execution of the Versace Buying strategy during the Made For Outlet buying session;

- Responsible for understanding and fulfilling individual store / product needs;

- Manage in-season transfers, in order to optimize the stock level, the right coverage by category in each store and achieve the sale

- through targets;

- Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure the range will be presented in the stores in the proper way;

- Work with Area Manager and Store Manager (mainly South EU) to gather products feedback and market opportunities;

- Monitor deliveries and replenishments, following the rules defined by store;

- Monitor stock availability in central warehouses and arrange ad hoc injections of merchandise

- Prepare actions plan to boost sale in low performing categories;

- Prepare product training documents and present the buying strategy to the teams in store;

- Arrange business trips and visits to stores;

**Profile**:

- 3 years or more in a similar Buying role;

- Experience in Outlet Stores is preferred;

- Strong assortment planning skills;

- Ability to manage high volume business, with high inventory turnover;

- Good communication skills and able to influence others.
