**Mission**:
The buyer planner's mission is to manage customer demand (from delivery deadlines to shipping) and to monitor his portfolio of supplier orders to ensure production continuity. It defines the production plan compatible with the capacity and technical constraints of the production line. He/she is one of the preferred contacts for the sales department for all item requests including trading items.
**Main Activities
- Respond to all customer deadline requests (external, internal or inter-site stakeholders).
- Properly plan the production scheduling in order to respect the MOs delivery dates.
- Manage purchase requests and release purchase orders consistent with lead times and capacities of theinternal and external suppliers. Deal with production alarms (missing components, allocation issues, scraps, stock discrepancies, etc. ), andtimely notify those affected (production, logistics, sales, etc. ).
- Propose changes as part of the continuous improvement methodology, enhancing customer service performances (OTD).
- Ensure that ERP data is kept up to date (delivery times, supplier lead times, safety stock levels).
- Carry out the GEMBA approach on a daily basis focused on workshop standard workflow and notify the PFEPs in case of irregularities.
**Profil**:
- Bachelor Degree+3/+5 years of relevant experience
- English B1
- Problem solving methods: 5W, 8 D's, Ishikawa, DMAIC
- Business tools: SAP, Supplier portal, BI
