Joining our Purchasing team at a European level, you'll have the opportunity to manage suppliers, assisting in the definition and implementation of a mid/long-term strategic purchasing plan for the assigned components.

You will aim to achieve the best targets in terms of quality, timing, and pricing in the purchasing and procurement of the assigned components, ensuring product development and production flow continuity while acting as a key player in defining the sourcing strategy for the given commodity. You will be accountable/responsible for:

Managing negotiations with suppliers Supporting the implementation of the strategic purchasing plan defined in collaboration with the Commodity Manager Sourcing activities, ensuring the economic and quantitative evaluation of the offers Managing offers' requests in compliance with supplying deadlines Managing purchase lists Ensuring quantity and quality of the components purchased, as well as delivery times Proposing and introducing new suppliers, scouting for new suppliers and markets Monitoring existing suppliers to optimize the purchasing process Job Profile

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration At least 3-5 years of experience within the Purchasing Department of international companies Previous experience in purchasing mechanical commodities is a plus Business English is a must SAP and Office proficiency will be a plus Skills and Competencies:
