Position MissionThe Buyer is actively supporting the rest of the Purchasing team for the procurement of a wide variety of commodities, materials (cots and customized ones), services, and equipment for the Company by taking charge of the needs expressed via RDA in the MRP tool, requesting and negotiating related offers, issuing purchase orders, and securing order confirmation upon receipt. Responsibilities:Supplier selectionScouting of the market via technical specifications and/or distributors analysisQuotes analysisConsolidation and realization of the supplier panelIssue purchase orders in the systemMonitor supplier quality performanceCoordination with the logistic plannerContinuous communication with the suppliersFile, control, and maintain the documentation generatedParticipate in the daily, weekly, and monthly meetings of the departmentComply with the quality and environment standards, procedures, and instructionsTechnical Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:At least 3 years of work experience in the same roleFluent in EnglishSosteniamo la parità di genere e promuoviamo un ambiente equo ed inclusivo.
